30-day refund window
If you are not satisfied, contact support@bossa-ventures.com within 30 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. No justification required.

Email support@bossa-ventures.com from the address on your account, or use the support page. We respond within 24 business hours.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewals
If an automatic renewal was charged and you had not used the Service in that period, contact us — we routinely refund these.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, which it does not limit.
