2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your email address, and your first name if you provide it.
- Quiz answers: your baby’s first name or nickname, age or date of birth, and your answers about sleep, bedtime, naps and night waking.
- Night logs and progress you record inside the app.
- Messages you send to support.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: device type, browser, language, pages viewed, actions in the app, approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 8).
Information from others
- Payment and subscription status from our payment processor. We never receive your full card number.
- Advertising and analytics identifiers, where you have allowed them.
3. Information about your baby
The quiz asks about your child so we can personalize the plan. You provide this information as the parent or guardian. We use it only to generate and adapt your plan and to provide support. We do not build advertising profiles of children and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. The Service is for adults.

5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf: payment processing, hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, customer support tooling, analytics and advertising measurement. Each is bound by contract to use the data only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where we transfer personal data out of the UK, the EEA or another region with transfer rules, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Account and plan data: while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last activity.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically 7 years.
- Support messages: up to 24 months.
- Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent, plus proof of withdrawal.
You can ask us to delete your account data earlier at any time.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run the Service (login, security, billing), plus analytics and advertising cookies where you allow them. You can manage your choices through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will break parts of the Service.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California and certain other US states may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making with legal effects.
To exercise any right, email support@bossa-ventures.com. We respond within 30 days. You will not be treated differently for exercising a right. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and vetted providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it if a breach affects your data.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email support@bossa-ventures.com and we will remove it.
12. Changes
We will post any update here with a new effective date, and notify you by email if the change is material.
